The wikipedia button will take you to your towns Wikipedia page. The Wikipedia page will tell you about the history and makeup of your town. We want you to know your towns past so that you can help improve its future.
Newsletter Signup
WikiXm is about keeping you informed on what’s going on in your town. Sign up for either the morning coffee or the evening news or both. We won’t bombard you with emails but, if you choose, we will send you up to two daily briefs letting you know what’s going daily.
Articles Rating
The WikiXM platform works most efficiently when you rate each article. Reporters and their articles are ranked and positioned solely based on your feedback. The better the feedback, the higher the reporters their articles rank.
Latest News
The latest news section provides realtime updates to articles posted by your local reporters. The quicker you rate the new articles, the sooner the article reaches the front page. The more you read, the more your reporters will write.
Follow your favorite Reporters on the Social Platforms
Following and sharing your favorite WikiXM reporters is essential to growing the reporters followers. Follow WikiXM on all each of the social networks. Click on any of our follow buttons and save us. Share us with everyone in your town. The more people know about WIkiXM the more news in your town that will be reported.
Reporter Profiles
All WikiXM reporters have profile pages where you can read about their personal history, mission statements, and other personal information that they want to share. You can save your favorite reporter and get updated every time they post a new article.
Commenting and Contributing to Articles
Your town has alot of opinions, commenting gets the discussion going. Please comment on an article. When you have a different perspective on an article, you can write an addition to the article that will be seen by everyone reading an article. Your contribution is significant because it gives more credibility to the article by adding another perspective.
Flagging an Article
Any article that doesn’t meeting the TOU or TOS should be flagged. We will do our best to remove inappropriate content but if you see it first, flag it and let us know why. After a certain number of flags, the article will be removed for additional review.
