Sebring Oak Ridge Motel Sold for $1.4M

SEBRING, Ohio – The Oak Ridge Motel development at 20040 Harrison Westville Road in Sebring has sold for $1.45 million, according to filings with the Mahoning County Auditor’s office.

Trailstar Realty 2 LLC, which gives its address as 14590 Commerce St., Alliance, purchased the property Nov. 1, records show. Trailstar’s address is the same location as a MAC Trailer service and manufacturing site.
