* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in the more vulnerable locations
near the waterfront and shoreline. Some roads and low lying
properties including parking lots, parks, lawns, and homes and
businesses with basements near the waterfront will experience
minor flooding.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Additional minor flooding is possible for
Thursday evening's high tide.

Below freezing temperatures tonight will make for any snowmelt to
refreeze, creating icy and slippery conditions on any untreated
surfaces.
The gusty winds will dry up some of this moisture from the
snowmelt this evening, but there will likely be patches of
moisture that freeze tonight.
Proceed with extra caution while outside. Motorists should drive
slowly and allow for extra spacing between vehicles.
