Karen Brady, 73, passed away peacefully at Wesley Manor with her family by her side. Born in Philadelphia, Karen graduated from Mount Pleasant high school in Wilmington Delaware. Karen was an original dealer at Resorts casino in Atlantic City when it opened in 1978. She also worked at Bally’s casino as a cocktail server.

Karen then became an aerobics instructor at Salked and Company in Linwood for several years. She was also a certified personal trainer. Karen finished her work career at The Flying Carp in Ocean City. She enjoyed traveling with her husband and family to places such as Key West Florida, Newport Rhode Island, and Charleston South Carolina. Survivors include husband (Steve), brother Mike Ennett (Toni) daughters Shannon Brady and Lauren Beisler (Scott) and grandchildren Shivon Yeoman, Antonio Yeoman, Leyla Yeoman, Ryan Beisler and Easton Beisler. Karen will be remembered for her wit, infectious smile and overall kindness.

She will be missed at her favorite restaurants and by her friends in Key West and Newport Rhode Island. Karen will always be loved by her husband and her family and friends. Karen was preceded in death by her father Herbert Ennett, her mother Betty Ennett, and her birth mother Lois Davis. Services will be on Thursday September 14, 2023 at The Tabernacle in Ocean City.

Visitation will be from 9:00 to 11:00 with the service following directly after.
