They’re riding as part of the worldwide Fancy Women Bike Ride, which started as a casual affair nine years ago before evolving into a full-blown effort to elevate women from various social and economic backgrounds by making them visible as they reclaim and carve out safer bike routes in more than 200 cities around the globe.Tampa’s ride on Sunday is an hour-long and leaves from downtown’s Perry Harvey Sr.
