09/21/2022 Information Memo Summary: A new Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) mobile processing center is open in Cairo, Illinois. IDHS customers can receive services offered by a Family Community Resource Center (FCRC) at the mobile processing center. A copy of the client notice sent to IDHS customers residing in Alexander County with pending or active cases serviced by the Pulaski FCRC can be seen here: CN 22.06/CN 22.06S. To better assist our customers in Alexander County, the Department has opened a mobile processing center in Cairo, Illinois.

The mobile processing center has IDHS staff available. Services offered at this office include: Apply for benefits; Sign up for Manage My Case (MMC); Submit required IDHS forms and verifications; Report changes; Obtain answers to questions about your case; Receive referrals for additional services not offered by IDHS. A client notice was sent to customers residing in Alexander County with pending or active cases serviced by the Pulaski FCRC.
