Of The Code; Now Therefore, Be It Resolved By The County Legislature Of Jackson County, Missouri, That The County Property Further Described And Itemized In The Attached Declaration Forms Be And Hereby Is Declared Surplus, And That The Director Of Finance And Purchasing Be And Hereby Is Authorized To Turnover Said Property To Purple Wave For Auction, As Provided In Section 1131.1 Of The Jackson County Code, Or Disposed Of By The Director Via Recycling, Salvaging, Or Other Means Authorized By Section 1141. Of The Code.enacted And Approvedeffective Date This Resolution Shall Be Effective Immediately Upon Its Passage By A Majority Of The Legislature.approved As To .
