Light up North Bend holiday lighting contest returns for fourth year

The City of North Bend is hosting its fourth Annual Light up North Bend holiday lighting contest. Residents and businesses are encouraged to participate by decorating their homes, properties, or storefronts. There are four divisions: Single-family home, Multi-family home, Business, and Neighborhood. Each division has different categories such as Best Use of Music, Best Theme, and Best 'Overuse' of Lights. The registration deadline is December 7th, and participants must be ready by December 8th at 5 p.m. Judging will take place from December 8th to 10th with the help of city council members and local leaders. Winners will receive a $50 gift card to a North Bend business of their choice. After the winners are announced, a map will be shared for a community tour of the decorated homes.
