A A+ A++ A+++
The Tennant Trailhead Park project has been recognized by the Mountains to Sound Greenway Trust as a successful example of multi-agency collaboration in land conservation, ecological restoration, and recreation. The 32-acre site on Rattlesnake Mountain was conserved with the help of the Trust for Public Land and developed into a park with beginner-friendly mountain biking and hiking trails by Si View Metro Parks, the City of North Bend, King County Parks, and Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance. The park will feature trail signs in Lushootseed language and displays promoting respectful recreation practices. It will also connect to the Raging River trail system. The opening of Tennant Trailhead Park is scheduled for spring 2024.
