You’re invited: North Bend Comprehensive Plan Land Use Element, designations, and zoning workshop

The City of North Bend and the North Bend Planning Commission are hosting a workshop on January 3, 2024, to discuss the Land Use Element, designations, and zoning in relation to the 2024 Comprehensive Plan Update. The workshop will cover topics such as how land use designations and zoning govern development, potential amendments to meet state-required housing targets, and discussion on requested amendments related to land use designations and zoning. The workshop aims to provide an opportunity for public input and participation in the planning process. The update is required under the Growth Management Act, which mandates cities and counties to develop a comprehensive plan every 10 years.
