Emerald Heights Welcomes First Residents to New Assisted Living Courtyard Building Near Bellevue Washington

Emerald Heights, a senior living community in Redmond, Washington, has opened its new Courtyard building offering various apartment designs and amenities. The $63 million project was designed by Rice Fergus Miller and built by GLY Construction. Additionally, Emerald Heights is working on a $55 million assisted living project called FirView, expected to be completed in 2025. Sponsored by Emerald Communities, Emerald Heights provides programs for seniors' well-being and independence in a resort-style setting with healthcare services.
