Raegan Beers led Oregon State to a 73-51 victory over Eastern Washington in the women's NCAA Tournament with 19 points and nine rebounds before getting injured. Oregon State advances to the second round and will face the winner of Nebraska vs. Texas A&M. Beers injured her ankle but plans to ice it and practice for the next game. Dominika Paurova added 17 points, celebrating her 19th birthday with a win. Jamie Loera scored 21 points for Eastern Washington, setting a program record for wins. Oregon State exceeded expectations this season after being picked to finish low in the Pac-12. The Beavers are making their eighth NCAA appearance under coach Scott Rueck.
