Huskies Pull Together To Finish Off Panthers

The Washington Huskies volleyball team won their match against Florida International in four sets, with a final score of 25-21, 24-26, 28-26, 25-12. The Huskies had a total of 16 kills, with redshirt freshman Pertofsky leading the team with a career-high of 10 kills. Washington won the Husky Invitational with a perfect record and several players were recognized for their performances. Despite tough defense from FIU, the Huskies had more kills and aces. They will be playing their next match on September 14th against Cal Poly.
