Pike Brewing in Seattle has introduced a new beer called Mountain's Out IPA, which is made entirely from Washington-grown ingredients. The beer features a blend of malt from LINC Malt in Spokane Valley and hops from Roy Farms in Moxee, supplied by Yakima Chief Hops. Mountain's Out IPA will be released on April 8th and will be available at select bars, retailers, and Pike Brewing locations. The beer promises a distinctive flavor profile with notes of fresh berries, ripe melon, and citrus hops. Pike Brewing is also supporting outdoor recreation organizations in Washington through various initiatives tied to the release of Mountain's Out IPA.
