LAWRENCE PEACHER OBITUARY

Lawrence "Buzz" Peacher, aged 81, passed away in Tacoma, Washington on October 5, 2009. A service and visitation were held on October 13, 2009 at Powers Funeral Home in Sumner, WA. Buzz was known for his humor, practical jokes, and habit of giving people nicknames. He worked at Wabash Railroad and later as a roofer in California before retiring due to injury and moving to Washington State. Buzz is survived by his first wife Charlene Quimet and their children Rodney, Terry, and Marsha Kay; grandchildren; sisters Ruth Silkwood and Pearl Richards; former brothers-in-law Ray Bolt and John Bolt. He was preceded in death by his parents, daughter Patsy, and second wife Carmela. Memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
