Man from Washington Faces Charges for Cyberstalking and Child Pornography

Kaden Ollila, a 20-year-old from Tacoma, Washington, has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Alaska on charges related to cyberstalking and the distribution of child sexual abuse material. He was taken into custody on March 21, 2024. The charges include dissemination of child pornography and cyberstalking involving communication expressing a desire to commit sexual assault. If found guilty, Ollila faces potential sentences of 5 to 20 years for the child pornography charge and up to 5 years for each cyberstalking charge. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorneys Will Taylor and Bill Reed with investigations led by HSI with support from various law enforcement agencies.
