New Car Wash Coming To East Wenatchee Near Safeway and Costco

A new car wash will be built between the Safeway store and Costco in East Wenatchee. The city has entered an agreement with the developer to keep a driveway on Highline Drive as an exit from the car wash. The city plans to improve safety by adding "splitter islands" on Highline Drive to slow down traffic. The developer will cover the cost of the exit way, which will be used by the city to pay for improvements to Highline Drive. The car wash will have an entrance and exit on Pace Drive, which serves as an entry point to the Costco parking lot. The car wash is being built by Wash Central North LLC, and it is not known when construction will begin.
