Dorothy Eugenia Calkins, 77, born in Tacoma, Washington on September 11, 1936, passed away on August 3, 2014 in Brentwood, California. She was a CPA and an early female graduate of Northwestern's business school. Survived by her son, granddaughters, and sister, she volunteered at Saddleback Memorial Hospital in her retirement. A service will be held at Forest Lawn cemetery in Glendale on August 12th with interment at Arlington National Cemetery later this month.
