The Burton Beach Rowing Club had a successful weekend at the Northwest Rowing Championships in Vancouver, Washington. Briar Guenther stood out by securing second place in the U17 single race and a silver medal in the U17 double with Will Parker. Other notable performances included novices Maude Jackson and Willa Lee winning bronze, Paige Gibbons and Brisa Ordonez-Ramirez earning silver, and Zack Merrigan and Emmett cox claiming bronze. The High School 8+ team also won gold. Senior Caroline Barnes coxed her last race with BBRC before heading to Cal Poly, while Sasha Thompson will join Washington State's crew and Keziah Rutschow will row for Cal Poly Humboldt Lumberjacks.
