Koelsch Communities Nears Completion of $93M Bellevue Project

Koelsch Communities is close to finishing its $93 million Bellevue project, with an expected opening in Summer 2024. The University Village campus in Vancouver, Washington, has seen early success. Koelsch Construction oversaw both projects, with Shearer Construction as a partner on the Belle Harbour development. The University Village site includes independent and assisted living suites, while Belle Harbour will house assisted living and memory care communities. Judy Koelsch and JSK Design managed the interior design for both campuses.
