A Vancouver man, RJ William, was sentenced to just over a year in prison for a robbery on Washington State University's campus. He was convicted of first-degree robbery and theft along with two other men, Frank Rodriguez and Robert Garcia. William received a sentence of a year and a day in jail plus probation, while Rodriguez and Garcia were ordered to serve six months in prison and probation. The incident involved the three men approaching five individuals smoking cigarettes on campus in July.
