* TEMPERATURES: Highs in the lower 70s.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind gusts of 25 to 35 mph will be ongoing,
especially in zones 280, 289, and 300, Wednesday night into
Thursday morning ahead of the event.

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations of up to 2 to 5
inches. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.

* WHERE...Natrona County Lower Elevations.

* WHEN...From 6 PM this evening to 6 PM MDT Sunday. The largest
impact is expected Saturday night into Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.

* WHAT...Dangerously cold wind chills expected. Wind chills from
25 below to 35 below zero.

* WHERE...Portions of central, north central and northwest
Wyoming.

* WHEN...From 2 PM Friday to 11 AM MST Sunday, especially Friday
night into Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite
on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

* WHAT...Southwest winds 30 to 45 mph with gusts up to 60 mph for
the city of Casper and area highways. Gusts 60 to 75 mph
expected for the north face of Casper Mountain and higher
elevations.

* WHERE...Green Mountains and Rattlesnake Range, Natrona County
Lower Elevations and Casper Mountain.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM MST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and damage power
lines. Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult,
especially for high profile vehicles.

evening along Wyoming Boulevard on the south side of Casper.
