* WHERE...Portions of central, north central and northwest

* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite
on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.

the city of Casper and area highways. Gusts 60 to 75 mph
expected for the north face of Casper Mountain and higher
elevations.

Lower Elevations and Casper Mountain.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM MST this evening.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and damage power
lines. Power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult,

* WHAT...West wind 25 to 35 mph with gusts around 50 mph.

* WHERE...Lower elevations of Natrona County and southeast Fremont
County.

* WHEN...Late this afternoon through tonight.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind gusts could reach 50 to 55 mph this
evening along Wyoming Boulevard on the south side of Casper.

* WHAT...West to Southwest Winds of 25 to 35 mph gusting as high
as 40 to 50 mph.

* WHERE...Green Mountains and Rattlesnake Ranges and around the
Casper area. Strongest Winds will occur on the south side of
casper along Outer Drive, where occasional gusts as high as 60
mph are possible.

* WHEN...11 PM Tonight through 5 AM Thursday.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...A blow over risk exists light and/or high
profile vehicles.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.

* WHERE...Portions of central and north-central Wyoming.

* WHEN...Through Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Low-water
crossings may be flooded. Area creeks and streams are running high
and could flood with more heavy rain.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- A storm system on Thursday and Friday is expected to generate
moderate to heavy amounts of rain. Confidence is increasing
in the probability of excessive rain which could cause
flooding issues across the area.

* WHAT...Urban and small stream flooding caused by excessive
rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of central Wyoming, including the following
county, Natrona.

* WHEN...Until 600 PM MDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways. Some low-water crossings may become
impassable. Ponding of water in urban or other areas is occurring
or is imminent.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 354 PM MDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream
flooding. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected
over the area. This additional rain will result in minor
flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Casper, Mills, Evansville, Bar Nunn, Red Butte, Paradise
Valley, Casper Mountain, and Bessemer Bend.

Flash Flood Warning issued June 15 at 4:19PM MDT until June 15 at 6:15PM MDT

At 419 PM MDT, emergency management reported thunderstorms producing
heavy rain in Casper. Flooding has closed Interstate 25 through town
due to high water accumulation. Between 1.0 and 1.75 inches of rain
have fallen. Flash flooding is already occurring on many roadways
around Casper.

HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms.

SOURCE...Emergency management reported.

IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,
highways, streets and underpasses as well as other
drainage and low lying areas.

Some locations that will experience flash flooding include...
Casper, Mills, Evansville, Red Butte, Paradise Valley, and
Bessemer Bend.

This includes the following highways...
Interstate 25 between mile markers 183 and 191.
