* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The lower end snow amounts around 2 to 3
inches are expected below 1000 feet elevation in the Wyoming
Valley. Areas of the Poconos above 1300 feet may see up to 6
inches.

Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike and Southern Wayne counties.

* WHEN...Until 4 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning commute.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Steady snow continues today, before
tapering off and ending during the afternoon. Snowfall rates are
generally around one-half inch per hour. It will be a dry
powdery snow with temperatures in the 20s to near 30 degrees.

inches. Winds gusting as high as 30 mph.

* WHERE...Bradford, Susquehanna, Northern Wayne, Wyoming,
Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike and Southern Wayne counties.

* WHEN...From 11 AM this morning to 7 PM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snowfall rates may exceed 1 inch per hour
Saturday afternoon into Saturday evening. Highest
accumulations will be at elevations above 1000 feet with
isolated higher amounts in the Poconos.
