Palo Duro Canyon, Potter, Randall, Roberts and Sherman.

* WHEN...Through Sunday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Thunderstorms are very likely from this afternoon through
early Sunday morning that could produce heavy rainfall rates
upwards of 2 inches per hour.
