* IMPACTS...Travel could be challenging and difficult over mountain
passes and high elevation roadways. Theses winter weather
conditions will impact the Wednesday morning commute on roadways
and passes. Locations that see heavy wet snow could experience
tree damage if they have not yet lost their leaves.
* WHAT...Heavy snow possible especially elevations above 3000 feet.
Total snow accumulations between 6 to 12 inches above 3000 feet
and 1 to 6 inches below 3000 feet.
* WHERE...Boulder Creek Road, Leavenworth, Stehekin, Methow,
Republic, Twisp, Sherman Pass, Mazama, Wauconda, Inchelium, Plain,
Highway 20 Wauconda Summit, Stevens Pass, Chesaw Road, Winthrop,
Loup Loup Pass, Holden Village, and Conconully.
* WHEN...From Tuesday afternoon through Wednesday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be challenging and difficult over mountain
passes and high elevation roadways. Theses winter weather
conditions could impact the Tuesday evening and Wednesday morning
