If you are like me and like to Mt. Bike, Winter Mt. biking has to be on your weekly schedule. If you live in the Snoqualmie Valley, Fall City, Snoqualmie, Issaquah, Sammamish or North Bend areas, we have an abundance of Mt. biking great areas to go to.
I like to go more off-grid and do the Tukel Hill area more. Cougar and Tiger Mt.'s are both incredible along with Duthie Hill, but Tukel Hill is fun in the raw sense of Mt. Biking. Where there are trails and not old rough logging roads, the trails are usually tight and fast. In the Winter, you need to watch out for downed trees as you rip around blind corners. Down trees occur year-round, but once the soil loosens up, the trees fall more consistently.
