snow accumulations up to three inches. Isolated areas could
see up to four inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. The
potential for localized snow squalls exists during Friday

the Wind Chill Warning, dangerously cold wind chills expected.
Wind chills as low as 45 below zero from Friday evening
through the weekend.
