hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including
campers and tractor trailers. Areas of blowing snow may result
in localized areas of significantly reduced visibilities at
times, along with slick road conditions.

* WHAT...Snow expected. Total snow accumulations up to 3 inches.
Winds gusting as high as 55 mph.

* WHERE...Central Carbon County, North Snowy Range Foothills,
Southwest Carbon County, Upper North Platte River Basin and
Laramie Valley.

* WHEN...From 5 AM to 11 PM MST Friday.

* IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous
conditions could impact the morning or evening commute. The
dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed
skin in as little as 10 minutes.

campers and tractor trailers.

* IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be
hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including
campers and tractor trailers.

* WHAT...West winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph
expected.

* WHERE...Laramie Valley and South Laramie Range Foothills. The
strongest wind gusts are expected to remain to the west and
south of the city of Laramie, but a couple of gusts to 60 mph in
the city of Laramie can not be ruled out. The South Laramie
Range Foothills are expected to also see strong winds during
this time near the South Laramie Range.

* WHEN...From 2 AM to 11 AM MST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Mainly to transportation. Strong cross winds will be
hazardous to light weight or high profile vehicles, including
campers and tractor trailers.

* WHAT...Sub-freezing temperatures as low as 24 degrees expected.

* WHERE...In Nebraska, Dawes County. In Wyoming, North Laramie
Range, Central Laramie Range and Southwest Platte County, East
Platte County, Goshen County, Laramie Valley, South Laramie
Range, South Laramie Range Foothills, Central Laramie County
and East Laramie County Counties.

* WHEN...From midnight Friday night to 8 AM MDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions will kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
