1.77% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race. There were 6,531 households, out of which 39.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 66.8% were married couples living together, 8.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 23.1% were non-families. 19.8% of all households were made up of individuals, and 6.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
The average household size was 2.59 and the average family size was 2.94. In the city, the population was spread out, with 25.8% under the age of 18, 5.6% from 18 to 24, 35.2% from 25 to 44, 25.5% from 45 to 64, and 10.2% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 36 years. For every 100 females, there were 93.2 males.
For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 88.9 males. The median income for a household in the city was $71,826, and the median income for a family was $82,122. Males had a median income of $50,220 versus $35,461 for females. The per capita income for the city was $37,453. 5.3% of the population and 1.3% of families were below the poverty line.
