There were 1,486 housing units at an average density of 116.6 per square mile (45.0/km2), of which 1,366 were occupied, 1,209 (88.5%) by the owners and 157 (11.5%) by renters.
The homeowner vacancy rate was 2.6%; the rental vacancy rate was 3.1%. 3,017 people (88.1% of the population) lived in owner-occupied housing units and 409 people (11.9%) lived in rental housing units.
