The racial makeup of the CDP was 83.24% White, 1.30% Black or African American, 0.85% Native American, 1.44% Asian, 0.08% Pacific Islander, 7.88% from other races, and 5.21% from two or more races.
16.52% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race. Of the 2,547 households 46.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 65.1% were married couples living together, 9.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 20.7% were non-families. 17.9% of households were one person and 6.1% were one person aged 65 or older.
The average household size was 2.92 and the average family size was 3.30. The age distribution was 33.8% under the age of 18, 7.4% from 18 to 24, 27.9% from 25 to 44, 21.5% from 45 to 64, and 9.4% 65 or older. The median age was 34 years. For every 100 females, there were 100.5 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 96.1 males. The median household income was $48,047 and the median family income was $55,906.
Males had a median income of $47,833 versus $29,815 for females. The per capita income for the CDP was $19,333. About 6.5% of families and 7.8% of the population were below the poverty line, including 8.5% of those under age 18 and 12.4% of those age 65 or over.
