The racial makeup of the CDP was 84.35% White, 0.50% African American, 1.49% Native American, 1.10% Asian, 0.06% Pacific Islander, 8.98% from other races, and 3.53% from two or more races.
Hispanic or Latino of any race were 19.28%.Of the 690 households 30.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 49.1% were married couples living together, 10.0% had a female householder with no husband present, and 35.9% were non-families. 27.5% of households were one person and 8.8% were one person aged 65 or older.
The average household size was 2.60 and the average family size was 3.21. The age distribution was 24.3% under the age of 18, 8.2% from 18 to 24, 26.0% from 25 to 44, 31.0% from 45 to 64, and 10.5% 65 or older. The median age was 40 years. For every 100 females, there were 97.5 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 93.8 males. The median household income was $48,750 and the median family income was $56,944.
Males had a median income of $45,179 versus $43,021 for females. The per capita income for the CDP was $21,844. About 4.0% of families and 10.5% of the population were below the poverty line, including 8.1% of those under age 18 and 14.4% of those age 65 or over.
