The racial makeup of the CDP was 87.36% White, 3.30% Black or African American, 6.04% Native American, 0.55% from other races, and 2.75% from two or more races.
4.40% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race. There were 72 households, out of which 30.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 58.3% were married couples living together, 8.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 30.6% were non-families. 23.6% of all households were made up of individuals, and 2.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
The average household size was 2.53 and the average family size was 2.98. In the CDP, the population was spread out, with 23.6% under the age of 18, 3.8% from 18 to 24, 25.8% from 25 to 44, 36.3% from 45 to 64, and 10.4% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 44 years. For every 100 females, there were 97.8 males.
For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 101.4 males. The median income for a household in the CDP was $55,781, and the median income for a family was $65,250. Males had a median income of $33,750 versus $25,625 for females. The per capita income for the CDP was $21,906. None of the families and 1.7% of the population were living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and 6.3% of those over 64.
