The racial makup of the city was 96.35% White, 2.19% Native American, 0.73% from other races, and 0.73% from two or more races.
Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.46%.Of the 49 households 42.9% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 65.3% were married couples living together, 6.1% had a female householder with no husband present, and 28.6% were non-families. 20.4% of households were one person and 2.0% were one person aged 65 or older.
The average household size was 2.80 and the average family size was 3.31. The age distribution was 24.8% under the age of 18, 12.4% from 18 to 24, 29.9% from 25 to 44, 24.1% from 45 to 64, and 8.8% 65 or older. The median age was 38 years. For every 100 females, there were 110.8 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 110.2 males. The median household income was $40,313 and the median family income was $46,250.
Males had a median income of $30,000 versus $20,536 for females. The per capita income for the city was $14,454. There were 2.8% of families and 5.1% of the population living below the poverty line, including 6.3% of under eighteens and none of those over 64.
