There were 56 households, out of which 30.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 75.0% were married couples living together, 5.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 19.6% were non-families. 16.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 5.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
The average household size was 2.43 and the average family size was 2.73. In the village, the population was spread out, with 19.9% under the age of 18, 2.9% from 18 to 24, 30.1% from 25 to 44, 29.4% from 45 to 64, and 17.6% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 44 years. For every 100 females, there were 81.3 males.
For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 91.2 males. The median income for a household in the village was $72,500, and the median income for a family was $76,131. Males had a median income of $44,375 versus $45,000 for females. The per capita income for the village was $26,823. There were 2.4% of families and 2.1% of the population living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and 20.0% of those over 64.
