- A large area of showers and embedded thunderstorms will
impact the watch area overnight. Hourly rainfall rates of as
much as 2 to 3 inches will pose an isolated flash flood risk
in any areas where repeat rainfall develops.

- At 106 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
shortly in the advisory area.
- Additional rainfall of 1.5 to 2.5 inches is expected over the
area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Areas of fog will reduce visibility below one half mile at times
early this morning. Hazardous driving conditions are possible due
to low visibility. If driving, slow down, use low-beam headlights,
and leave plenty of distance ahead of you. The fog is expected to
dissipate between 7 and 9 AM.
