There were 695 households, out of which 76.8% had children under 18 living with them, 89.1% were married couples living together, 4.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 5.3% were non-families. 4.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 1.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years or older.
The average household size was 4.44, and the average family size was 4.58. Cedar Hills has many children, with 49.0% of the population under 18, 7.2% from 18 to 24, 30.4% from 25 to 44, 10.4% from 45 to 64, and 3.0% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 18 years. For every 100 females, there were 101.4 males.
For every 100 females aged 18 and over, there were 96.6 males. The median income for a household in the town was $62,688, and the median income for a family was $63,625. Males had a median income of $52,813 versus $32,708 for females. The per capita income was $16,319.
