(Editor’s Note: According to a report from the Portland Business Journal, the buyer is an entity affiliated with Abacus Capital Group.)Portland, Oregon – May day , 2024 – CBRE has facilitated the sale of Thunderbird Village, a 182 unit garden-style apartment community in Vancouver, Washington, to an undisclosed buyer for $26.75 million (about $146,978 per unit).
