A small bird is creating a big stir today in Tulsa and that has birders flocking to Oxley Nature Center.

A small bird is creating a big stir in Tulsa and that has birders flocking to Oxley Nature Center.

The bird is called a "Limpkin" and the spectacle has attracted people all day to a trail at Oxley alongside Lake Sherry. They are all angling for a view of the bird which is way out of its normal range. Normally it's seen no further north than Florida.

A piece of American history is on display right now at the Tulsa Air and Space Museum.

A piece of American history is on display right now at the Tulsa Air and Space Museum.

The Wildkat DC3 C-49 carried cargo and dropped paratroopers from the sky during World War II.

The World War II Airborne Demonstration Team in Southwest Oklahoma owns it.

The plane was also in Tulsa back in 2015 for restoration work at the ADT Tulsa Air Operations Squadron.
