CANFIELD — Nelda P. Rotunno, 83, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2023, surrounded by family.

Nelda was the daughter of Baptist Minister Francis Pickern and Virginia Lee Pickern.

She was born July 12, 1940, in Tallahassee, Florida, and was raised in Columbus, Georgia. She graduated from Baker High School in 1958, where she was active in many clubs, including band, Future Teachers of America and 4-H.
