Pickup truck driver killed in crash with tow truck in Worcester

The driver of a pickup truck was killed in a crash with a dump truck in Worcester, Massachusetts, late Monday night, police said.

The crash happened on the Southwest Cutoff about 11:11 p.m., according to police. The injured driver was rushed tot the hospital and later pronounced dead.

He wasn't publicly identified, beyond being a 29-year-old from Worcester.

No one else was hurt in the crash, which remained under investigation Tuesday. Police didn't say how the crash is believed to have happened. ... Read more
