This message is for the Rhode Island Department of Transportation and its decision to put three lanes on the westbound side of the Washington Bridge.

According to the Four Paws Pet Resort in Warwick, Rhode Island, DMX abandoned one of his pet pits there in August of 2016, and hasn’t paid his bill since October.
