Delaware State Police arrested 37-year-old Lamir Harris of Wilmington, Delaware, for a felony shoplifting and drug offenses yesterday afternoon at a Newark area Kohl’s.

On May 3, 2024, at approximately 4:33 p.m., a trooper responded to Kohl’s, located at 2800 Pulaski Highway in Newark, for a report of a shoplifting.
