2023 snapper quota for recreational fishing facing 50 percent cut

Rule goes into effect on Jan. 1

Orange Beach, Ala. – (OBA) – The recreational snapper fishing quota for the 2023 fishing season will be cut by more than half compared to the 2022 quota allowed by NOAA Fisheries.
