It’s a quieter week this week with only one headline race in the Two Oceans Marathon, but next week’s more than going to make up for it. Besides reviewing this week’s race results, we’re also previewing both The Canyons Endurance Runs by UTMB 100k and the Madeira Island Ultra-Trail. Let’s get this week rolling!

Headliner repair instead of replacement

The headliner in my tractor separated from its cardboard backing and started to droop down on my head. Rather than remove and try gluing or replacing it with a new one, I made an easy fix: Drill 5⁄16-inch holes through the fabric and just through the cardboard backing in all four corners plus the center on both sides. Then push black plastic push pin clips (available at automotive stores or body shops) in each hole as they’re drilled. Mine is almost like new again.
