4 Minnesota Cities Among '100 Best Places To Live In The U.S.'

A website called "Livability" recently named the 100 best places to live across the United States, and four Minnesota cities made the list.

Unlike some of these "reports" that seem to identify major cities or nearby suburbs, Duluth was actually one of two non-Twin Cities area cities among the four that make the list of top 100 in the country.

VIDEO: Good Samaritans save driver from burning vehicle along interstate

A trapped driver inside a burning vehicle is alive today thanks to a group of Good Samaritans.

The heroic act happened along Interstate 94 in St. Paul, Minnesota last week.

Minnesota State Police said the driver drifted off the road and struck a light pole, and then a guardrail before the vehicle caught fire.

The driver couldn't escape because the driver-side door was pinned against the guardrail.

That's when a group of brave people came to the driver's rescue.
