Mother speaks out about daughter's killer

28 Years ago Jessie McWilliams a local mother from Albany, Illinois lost her daughter who was murdered near Fort Polk, Louisiana. The mother is outraged because her daughter’s killer is up for review to be released April 2017.

Her daughter’s name was Karen Hill. She grew up in Albany, moved to Louisiana with her husband James in 1985 to the Fort Polk, Louisiana military base where he was stationed in the army. Three years later, in November of 1988, she was abducted from a Circle K gas station.
