Snowy fire hydrants mean trouble

OLYMPUS COVE, Utah (ABC4 News) – Storm after storm, we watch the snow cover roads, stack up on sidewalks and pile up on the driveway. While we may grow tired of shoveling or snow blowing, there’s a specific spot many homeowners are forgetting to remove snow. Fire crews throughout the state know once heavy snow falls, it gets harder and harder to locate a hydrant.

Residents review proposals for second marina at Bear Lake

GARDEN CITY, Utah — People who love spending summer weekends and vacations at Bear Lake State Park gathered Wednesday to review proposals for a second marina.
