Man killed paramour after she refused marriage proposal, cops say

A man accused of killing a Lehigh County woman claims he did so after she refused his marriage proposal.

Christopher Tucker reportedly told police after he asked Tara Marie Serino to marry him, she refused and said she was seeing other men.

The 34-year-old Tucker said Serino made a comment that he should just kill her and he did, according to police.

Tucker admitted strangling the 19-year-old, poking her eyes out, snapping her neck and beating her with a hatchet, police said. Tucker wrapped the body in a r ... Read more
